What do you mean 'known for your friendly features'? Physical features (smile, laugh) or personality? I like the second line a LOT. On third line, your trust in 'what' will never be defeated? Or, do you mean your willingness to trust and believe be defeated? Maybe you could 'tweak' mission statement to better reflect what you want to convey.
